• Where are you located?
We are located in Bushwick, Brooklyn NYC. Just a 5 minute walk from the Jefferson Street L train station.

• What hours can I schedule my shoot?
Standard studio hours are 8am-7pm. We are happy to accommodate any other hours, just let us know what you need.

• What are your rates?
We offer full day, half-day and hourly rates. Please email us for our current rate card.

• Do you have on-site equipment?
We have some equipment on-site and we are expanding all the time. For needed equipment not onsite we fill requests with a reserved order from one of our trusted, local vendors. Just email us your request for an estimate.

• What is your equipment policy?
We are a full-service studio and can fill most any equipment request that comes our way, handling logistics to ensure everything needed is onsite and ready for your team. Photographer’s personal camera & personal digital are welcome. If you wish to bring in any other equipment, an outside equipment fee applies.

• What is required to book a studio?
A confirmed booking requires a signed rental agreement, valid credit card and a Certificate of Insurance meeting our requirements.

• What is your hold policy?
We are happy to extend holds on dates that are at least seven days away. Challenged holds will be provided with 24 hours to either confirm or release the date. We do not hold dates within seven days away. Dates within seven days away are first come.

• Do you require insurance?
General Liability insurance for studio bookings is recommended but not required. Coverage for rented equipment may be required depending on the specifics of your order. No insurance? No problem, a short term policy can be easily obtained.

• Do you have an elevator?
The elevator loads directly from the sidewalk for easy load-in and out. The dimensions are as follows:
7’ x 7’ x 8’ and 8’ diagonally.
For larger loads we have a loading dock + a larger elevator with the following dimensions:

• Is there parking?
Street parking in the area.

• Can I record audio?
The studio is generally not suitable for audio recording.

• Can I have items delivered to the studio?
We are happy to accommodate receiving your deliveries if we can but we do require that all deliveries be scheduled with the studio in advance. Storage and handling fees may apply. Unfortunately we cannot accept deliveries that have not been scheduled.

• Do you have roof access?
Sorry, no.

• Do you allow pets?
Please check with us first.

• Is it OK to use smoke, fog, haze, confetti, and glitter?
Fog, haze and smoke machines require prior approval, be sure to check with us. If you are using confetti and glitter be prepared for cleaning fees.
