that the studios have a volume limit and that live performance of any kind, including singing and acoustic-based instrumentation, is not permitted.

I understand: *

that the studios are not sound-stages and that booking the studio for audio recording is at my own risk. I understand that the studio is unable to create special audio-recording conditions and that my team may not disturb other teams working in our studios nor other building tenants with requests to accommodate audio-recording needs.

I understand: *

that studio sofas, plants and other large furniture are not props and cannot be relocated for usage as props. If my production requires props and plants my team will need to bring those in. Relocation of any plant or large furniture by my team without prior consent from Brooklyn Grain is subject to a fee of at least $300 in addition to the cost of repair or replacement for any damaged item. If any large furniture or plants are in the way of my production, my team should see the onsite studio manager to request their relocation to a place that will be out of the way.

that my team is not permitted to nail, screw, or otherwise affix items to the cyclorama, walls, ceilings, fixtures or furniture, nor to paint or make any other such alterations to the studio or studio property.
