We want to use the resources available to us - our photo studios - to provide a little ongoing support for sustained, systematic change in the photography community, offering opportunity specifically to the LGBTQ+, gender non-confirming and BIPOC communities.

We are extending a free day of studio time each month. The criteria for eligibility is straightforward:
• Self-identify as LGBTQ+, gender non-conforming and/or BIPOC.
• Be in need of studio space for the upcoming month for personal or non-commercial work.

The submission form is live on this page during the last two weeks of every month. On the last day of the month we will randomly select a photographer from the pool of submissions received during those two weeks. The selection will be made completely randomly. The selected photographer will have the opportunity to use a studio space in the upcoming month to develop personal or non-commercial work.

It is our hope that this project will provide an opportunity to members of these underrepresented communities to develop their body of work and amplify their visibility in the photo industry. This project was originally dedicated to the loving memory of our friend and photographer Chris LaPutt and we know that he would be thrilled to see it carry on in this format as the CLP Project.
